Puerh is tricky for a lot of people at first. Have you ever tried sheng puerh? It's not fermented in the same way so the flavor is closer to a strong green tea. I often recommend people try one from the Yiwu area because they tend to be softer.
I once struggled with pu'erh. That changed after reading Lisa See's book "The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane." It is about a family in Yunnan producing pu'erh teacakes. It is also the story of a mother who couldn't raise her daughter and the family from the US who adopted and raised her daughter. I appreciated pu'erh much more after reading the book. I loved Tang erine Tuxedo. Thanks for the review.
I have been slightly tempted to try this at adagio, but haven't bit the bullet yet. I also don't care for PuErh tea (I don't even know how to spell it correctly lol)...I make my own kumbucha every week (lately it's been elderberry and ginger) so fermented tea does'nt bother me..but PuErh is just too earthy for me..still tempted though lol
what is the best tea company you order from .Ss a davids tea drinker adagio hasent imprest yet ,waht other companus would you recommend. I'm trying to find more companys that dont use artificial flavors
Hi. I'm always tempted by David's Tea, but I don't care for stevia and they seem to put it in everything. What teas have you tried at Adagio that didn't appeal to you?
I have the sample box 📦 the one they give you for a month.I find everything is sooooo week in flavor I tried the cold steep last summer, some got better over night. some well stayed week. only ones I don't mind flavored tea section. The raspberry , coconut , coconut poochong other then that the I tried so many

That's one of my favorite books! It's such a well-told story and is very accurate when it comes to all of the tea aspects.
Interesting, how did you get used to drink green tea? I’m struggling with it 😖 great video 😊

Pu Erh has always intimidated me. This may be a great place to start! I think I will try this.
Mmmmmm yum, love pu’erh, it’s been a daily staple for years. You’re right though, definitely has an earthy taste 😂
