Saleana is still a good class but not as strong as Black Mara and Elestra. My recommendation is if you really enjoy playing as a sally: A.) Shell out money to make your character strong. B.) Play as f2f but understand that your character is not as stong as other "META" classes. At the end of the day, it is you who will make the decision to play as meta class or play the class that you really enjoy to play. As for my case, i tried to play as a Moonlord. That class is strong, I easily cleared STG23 with just MBD 257 runes and +10 BMJ but I still prefer to play as a tanky burst type debuffer/provoker in nest/raid/efm. Hope my little tip can help you choose what you really want ;)
