- How do we measure activity on an Opportunity?
We want the opportunity to “show the story” about the communication with the customer.
We need to have an easy way to see that the sales exec has been engaged with the customer.
Activity Score measures:
Number of Emails sent/received
Number of calls created
Number of tasks created
DLRS used to count emails, calls, tasks
Formula to create an Activity Score

Hi, It was a great video and really helped a lot. I'm getting error as mentioned below since yesterday that A calculate job for roll up "opportunity Emails Count" is already executing. If you suspect it is not already running try clearing the applicable record from the Lookup Rollup Calculate Jobs tab and try again. Could you please help me here.
I have a specific use case. Can it please be discussed during this call?
Basically I'd like to do a roll-up of field on a custom object filtered by the current fiscal year.
Query - Is there any situations or instances where it is adviced not to use DLRS?
