Yeah but it can be something that would be necessary for the girls if they needed it. I had braces for two and a half years and didn't need headgear but I had to have a mold retainer until I was 25 that I almost never used and now, my teeth are back to the way they are before. I'm not going back to a palette expander and braces again.
@alishashay17 yes but they aren't seatbelted correctly, the little redheaded girl has the seat belt going across her face, they make high back boosters to help guide the shoulder belt to be at the shoulder not at the neck/face, the others have twisted seat belts ( which causes the seatbelt to fail in accidents often due to the stress on those points) or the girl in the second row passenger side doesn't have the bent going through the lap holder is going across her abdomen which would cause her severe injury in a crash.

When my son needed braces I told staff right up front NO HEAD GEAR! It was never mentioned. HE did have it but worn at home ONLY!

I'm not usually a carseat warrior but each of those children are not properly secured. If they got in an accident they would be injured pretty badly.
