Great setup and jealous of the filter shed and you’re spare part buckets ! As a few have mentioned the moss out of the bakki shower looks really nice. Keep up the videos and thanks for the advice on my channel !

If they want it and the filters and water are good then give to them that's what I was always told. I have been playing around with a diy protein skimmer after watching his video as well it was a cracking tip got a way to go with what I'm doing playing around wise but its working I love the spares fittings its so funny seeing what people have Steve's started something with that

Hi Martyn, yeah fish really going for their food this last week, budget garden centre near me selling lose mealworm by the kilo, so been throwing that in as well, going to experiment with that protein skimmer, don't see why the T piece is needed, if you turn-up air pump air/bubbles escape from the T piece, my logic tells me without that more air would travel to the funnel, making more foam?. Let me know how you get on with yours. There's a few bob sitting in those parts bin lol 😁.

Can you put the heat source pump on a frame like Andy (Koi Diaries) or even on the side of the shed, with a little support of course. Nice to see someone else with a bin of fittings overflowing too.

Hi Steve, yeah can probably sort something out, but don't want it higher than the drum or pond,(possible air locks) and want to limit pipe runs for better pump efficency, my bin of parts adds up to a few bob spent lol 😁, congrats on the subs by the way.

"Mind you own business" no not you Paul lol , it's the name of the plant growing in the shower, I've just put a couple of ferns in there as well.

@@marekskoipond9083 no luck as yet would it be possible to kindly send me some pictures of the paperwork and any types to get it initially going. I hope the feeder part of it is still okay it’s been over the pond for 8 years, it was protected from the rain at least, the controller was covered in cobwebs and dust in the filter house….

Thanks for subbing and watching Martin, I've struggled running this pond on a shoestring for many years, think I explained in one of my video's, started of with 3 bay cloverleaf Genesis, one of the first nexus, less said about that the better, waterco bead filter and cetus sieve, the drum combi is in a league of its own, although not perfect it has its foibles.
