As a part-time nurse, and full-time mama to one teething toddler, I did not want to do a work out this morning. But I knew I would feel better the rest of the day if I just “ate the frog” 🐸 so glad I did! Gaining physical strength also helps with my emotional and spiritual strength in the waiting season of trying for a second baby. Thanks NML!!
I love the real life mom talk here! That’s a huge reason why I work out, so that I can keep up with my kids, pick them up and handle the grocery bags and laundry up and down the stairs! Making all the other life activities easier. Also love your dual workout/playtime idea, going to have to try that out!
LOVE these workouts! They're not the sameo exercises that many use. These exercises have a twist that tap into muscles you didn't know you have. You def feel it the next day 😀 ❤

My arms and shoulders are so sore from yesterday so the stretching in this one was great! I particularly loved the mobility and I always love non-traditional core work!
Absolutely love the mobility built into day 3. After day 1 and 2 my body was really resistant to pressing play but all the mobility today made it possible! Loving this format. Thank you NML for these workouts. You can tell that you put your heart and soul into each move, each rep, and each workout! Thank you so much!!!! ❤
All I’m saying is I LOVE THIS FORMAT AND SUMMER PROGRAM! I love the 30 reps in the beginning - and I love the challenging sets! That burn out though is 🥴🥴🥴 but it’s a great way to end the workout! ALSO yes for just core and cardio and mobility! More like this please

I’m a day behind so just completed day 3 today! So good! I modified a bit bc I’m being very careful to properly engage my core during my pregnancy but I still used my 15# weights… and the mobility was a perfect add on! Excited for tomorrow 💪🏼

I love how you implement mobility into your workouts! Rounds 2 and 3 mobility made me realize how tight my hips are..... that was a great one! I need to come back to that

This workout was just what I needed after those 2 previous intense workouts. I was very sore but felt good and very accomplished once I completed day 3. 2 days to go to finish week 1!!!!

So excited that I did the full challenge, even on 10 hour tough work days! I started again, but went on a family trip. Did some jogging there (ouch) and picking up where I left off with day 3 ! Tough to motivate, but I did it! With heavier weights than the first time!! 🎉❤❤ Love this community!!
This is the first workout of the week where I completed the burn out round! Cores feeling strong and I’m noticing my DR is not only healing but barely noticeable - and surround but yummy toned obliques!
Almost didn't do this today after being SO sore from days 1 and 2, but thanks to the comments saying this felt great regardless I went for it. So glad I did!! Feeling awesome and pumped for day 4 tomorrow! Also, I especially love your outfits in this one!

Not gonna lie, i really didn't want to workout today - I'm still sore from day one! But hubby encouraged me, and I did it all. I loved that seated 4 hip and lower back stretch. Eight babies in 12 years has done a number on my hips! I love that you nourish mamas and get us moving. All your talk and encouragement helps me to feel at ease working out, getting stronger, etc. it makes me feel like you understand where I am. Thanks again!
