Enough blame to go all around. Police might be extreme, but Scheffler bypassed a security/police road block. It was probably a crime scene and might have been contaminating it by intruding. He didn't stop when told. He dragged an officer along the road. Yes, question why officer hopped onto car, but still. Why is he so special as to ignore the road block?
