That doesn't mean that I don't will rate the design, it wont afect the final rate, for example: Snowman Lantern is highest place than Karina's Memory Lantern, and this one have better design than Snowman one, but the brightness is not too nice. Snowman design: 9-10 Karina-design: 10-10 Snowman still better for brightness, that's it. I didn't wrote that "I don't will rank design" so I guess it ok.
