I have a suggestion: Carry over the player ratings from the previous FIFA so you don't just keep signing great current players and you can use other players like failed wonderkid with high potential from earlier years and give them the careers they deserve

hey man just a quick suggestion, i think this types of rebuild would be 100x more entertaining if the players that play for you club in the rebuild keep the eating they had the previous season to make it more realistic. e.x. if you bout kane when he was 64 rated didnt play him any games it doesnt make sense if the next season hes magically 76 rated you know what i mean
