Is this an abandon property? What are the risks? why are there bars on the windows?

It is technically land that would allow for a house to be built, but due to a power line running over the top of it whoever buys it to build a house would also have to pay the electrical company to move the power line, making it too pricey to make sense to build a house there. The land has been "buildable" for the best part of two decades, and nothing yet. We do also have a name for who owns the land should anybody wish to try and buy that as well, guaranteeing that nothing can be built right next to the house.

no lo se. El precio es bien ....entonces. It is a typical spanish house in a compound. You'll have some space and A LOT of sun. Seen those aircos? I did. There is brought much light in the house but spanish windows are mostly aluminium and one glass. You have a pool ish standard bath with volcanic stone around so that your footsools don't bake to the tarmac. Style is very ordinary, price is good, climate is hot (means costly) good for a family vacation in spring and in autumn. Furniture is very lght local pine. Not for me. But I am not a refrerence.
A trick to tell if sellers lie about temparatures. Watch car paint of locals. If the car paint is dull the be aware the climate is real hot so that you won't be able to move from noon to 4 pm. La siesta know that word? Everything has a reason.

With security bars, wouldn’t one speculate crime is inevitable! Amazing property, if crime is low!
Security bars were the traditional method used in Spain and have become the norm and petty crimes like thefts are extremely low in this area (not zero, but nowhere is!). Many home insurance companies will insist on security bars, and those who do not require them will almost certainly increase their premium substantially if you do not have them, hence why people still have them even with modern security alarm systems being available.
