Ingenious. All I could think of at the end was "a child could do it". But somebody had to come up with the idea to share with the children. You are that guy. My next project as soon as I finish the build of my router table, which is about three hours from completion. THANKS!!!
This is the best video guide I've viewed to anything Diy - No need for pointless chatter! Excellent design, just what I need to build, thanks for sharing. Subscribed
First time I've actually seen someone give links to all parts needed! Awesome! Thank you so much. Love your work and will make one myself as soon as the parts arrive. I've subscribed too.
Agradecido por darnos los planos y sobre todo las diferentes piezas con enlace. Muy generoso por su parte. Es el sistema que mas me ha gustado de todos los que he visto. Gracias
Thank you🙂 I will make new router table too, its first step to it, this lifter projected with tilting opportunity in the future👍 drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WKn4kZkhZFZll0VG0g1-43U9dQg9BTbD?usp=sharing
I always watch your videos in amazement and am thrilled to see what you come up with. I am quasi "workshop novice", just starting to learn about wood and thanks to you and your excellent videos and tutorials I will probably be able to build myself piece by piece really good tools. Thanks for the provision of various construction plans - you are virtually "my hero"! ;)
Can you help me understand how to connect KFL08 bearing, the gear and the threaded rod used to raise and lower the router? Does the rod just sit in the bearing with the gear set screws tightened around the rod?
Good morning, I am following your channel. Your projects are awesome. Well done. I am trying to do this project of the router lifter. I do have a problem with cutting the inner part named 8. The png photos you posted on the Google drive are helpful except the photo 8. I will appreciate it if you can post the skp. File in order to manage to make the plan out of the perspective. Thanks a lot
Amigo, muy bueno su confección de este elevador de Reuter. Agradecería nos ayude con las medidas y nombres de los aditamentos que usa, para pedir con propiedad en el momento de comprar , si es posible en qué lugares se consiguen, muchas Gracias.
Your project was wonderful, it is certainly the most beautiful on the Internet. I'm a novice hobbyist, could you give me the complete router table project? If not, no problem. I'm your fan. Post new videos soon. a big hug.
@@nivioramosjunior7386 I didn't finish full plans, but that's what I used then I make this table drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ZeA6mg5yi1z8JwcJ4PB33sWrGyCdjHlf?usp=sharing
Very nice! I am new to stuff like this, but can your files be sent to a third party for either 3D printing or metal laser fabrication? Forgive a rookie question.
That is ingenious! I have never worked with something like this before. I think your design is really good. It’s very simple and very easy from others that I have seen. Thank you very much.
friend, do you sell this system? I need something like this for my Routers...... the one I have is big and I want to leave it on a table just to do that type of work
@@CraftyDude I've found dust collection in the fence alone is not sufficient, so I will be experimenting with methods of dust collection below the table as well. I am looking forward to watching your project progress.
Yes its interesting for me too, makita air cooling system blows air straight from bottom part and vacuum cleaner in fence have to make strong air channel, which dont let dust move down, but i will make extra collector for vacum cleaner if its will be needed🙂
@@CraftyDude Thankyou so much for your speedy reply. i looked at the description - could't see the threaded drive shaft for lifting - only the stainless steel guide rods
Thats 8 mm diameter threaded shaft, not cnc, nothing special, usually you can find it in every materials shop as 1meter lenght or 50cm, I used that shaft just couse it have small thread and allows to lift slower and more accurate, and they is very cheap
I Remember one guy clean dust from table saw without turning it off, I said don't do that its not safe, after few days he lost three fingers, that was dewalt saw with riving knife🤔

I think this is the best DIY router lift mechanism i have seen! I also love all of your DIY tools
Thank you👍 you can check my router table video, there this lifter installed and how it works😉
Всё станки высшего мастерства, 100 баллов. 👍🤓
Спасибо😉
Such a tidy and beautiful made lift one of the best I’ve seen. Thanks for the free plans I’ll be making that for my table that I’ve just made

Great job. Thanks for helping us all out!
I love builds like these...then I look at the current wood prices and realize that buying a pre-built metal variant is probably cheaper right now.....
I dont think that you can get same as this or I didnt saw it in market..but prices in these days just shocking, wood, metal, scews 💰 🔝
Fantastic, Very good Brasil 🇧🇷🇺🇸
Can you help me understand how to connect KFL08 bearing, the gear and the threaded rod used to raise and lower the router?
Does the rod just sit in the bearing with the gear set screws tightened around the rod?
Bearings and gears has tightening screws, you just need set in place and tighten them
@@CraftyDude are you saying the threaded rod is tightened in the bearing and the gear? How does rod turn if both are tight?
Subbed ,thanks for links
👍🙂

No you need program as fusion360, to make toolpath for cnc machines
Awesome idea. Thanks for sharing
Thank you🙂👍
What keeps the router from dropping? Are the gears locked after raising the router?
Threaded rod, as it stays in place and won’t spinning I didn’t make extra lock
That is ingenious! I have never worked with something like this before. I think your design is really good. It’s very simple and very easy from others that I have seen. Thank you very much.
I also wanted to ask with your design is it possible to lift the router from the top as well as the side?
With some changes it’s possible. I used this router lift in my router table project, you can check it in my channel

Hallo , wäre nicht schlecht , wenn man die Maße erfährt.
Hallo, im Abschnitt Videobeschreibung finden Sie Maße und Links zu Materialien, die ich verwendet habe
9:14 so high rigidity... no
something like that is made with a trapezoidal thread
true, I think about trapezoidal thread, but then I need lock mechanism, as lifter can start to move in working operation from vibration it gets👍
Dangerous table saw with no riving knife.
I Remember one guy clean dust from table saw without turning it off, I said don't do that its not safe, after few days he lost three fingers, that was dewalt saw with riving knife🤔
I find your lack of a mitre bar disturbing. It's your fingers, do as you like, but man do I cringe at those fenced cross cuts.
Terrible design
no way😎
