Cách đây hơn 60 năm. Ở vườn nhà tôi có ráy rất nhiều. Có cả loại ráy dại, ( củ ray dại nhỏ ). Mẹ tôi đã lấy loại ráy củ to này, chế biến cho bớt ngứa, rồi đồ lên để ăn, nó rất bở và thơm ngon. Nhưng ăn vào trong miệng và họng vẫn ngứa lăn tăn. Tôi vẫn nhớ mãi một thời nghèo đói, có lúc phải ăn cả củ ráy😢😢😢

But when the wild taro is dried, it is safe to use. His mom said that the water is a little sweet. I have a relative with cancer and she use this kind of wild taro, too.
