Rani gupta cream is not neccesary it is optional.
instead of cream u can use dry coconut paste.

this masala is good, BUT Kaju (fresh) curry is a dish that is popular in konkan region of India. I would prefer it the Konkani people make their masala with extensive use of fresh coconut and garlic etc.

I think instead of cream you can use Malai on milk... After you boil the milk you will get Malai that's also you can use
