Hey! Thanks for asking. I believe it doesn't do anything in actuality. It just gets him more curious about who his Secret Admirer is--but it doesn't change the gameplay or timeline in any way. I did forget to leave a note for him on one day but I wasn't too worried about it since it doesn't do anything important.
