Whew! Glad Penny was ok. Had me going there for a minute! Lester, at Ima Survivor Sanctuary went to the barn and thought one of his female goats was down. She wouldn’t answer to her name. He had to touch her, to get her up. This heat is horrible! I have to admit, we just got a “brief, heavy downpour” here in west central Indiana. It feels much better, now. We used to float the buffalo river in canoes alot in the spring more current less paddling and dragging. The Illinois looks refreshing.

When I was 12, in 1962, my family went to CO & one of the places we visited was Royal Gorge.
We have been to the royal gorge a few times. It has changed a lot since they had a fire a few years back. It’s a fun place to visit. God bless!
