I have a condo in Indian rocks beach. It is a real nice place to visit Craby bills are amazing sea food place never can go wrong love the area. Will be coming soon.
Love your videos. I've been to the area countless times, and we're looking to buy a waterfront house on the ICW side. We're from Philly suburbs. (We aren't like most philly peeps...lol!) Gotta be IRB, so we can subsidize with str income when we aren't there. No problem buying a fixer upper from the storms
My father would take us to indian rocks beach every summer when i was a kid. Last summer we came down was 1988. I remember walking to the big pier in middle of night watching fishermen. Cant remember the name of the place we would stay, was something like "Patio Palms" or "Palms on the Patio". Awesome memories on that beach.💖
My family and I were just there for the first time. In fact we were even evacuated prior to Ian (before it ultimately wobbled). We stayed at the New Collection Harbourside. We had such a lovely stay. Beautiful place!
@@trulivingtampa it didn't ruin our experience one bit. It was our first hurricane ever and it was quite the experience. Actually, it made me want to live in FL all the more seeing the sense of community and the selflessness. Southern hospitality at its best!
My mom lived in IRB for 30 years, I love Crabby Bills. I have to say I'm glad she moved inland to Seminole, the speed limit on Gulf Blvd is 25... don't do 26.
I grew up in St. Petersburg, but my parents had a weekend beach house in Indian Rocks. Sort of a 1920's two story house. Looks like it has been long cleared out and replaced. Have not been back to the Tampa Bay area since the 1990's.
What I don't understand, Indian Rocks Beach is basically only the beach road and that's it. The houses and rent property is on the beach side, while the beach businesses and some boat docks are on the other side, and that's it. Parking is total chaos. And since in this area the road is only one lane in each direction, getting around is slow slow. And the Great Indian Rocks Fishing Pier, once one of the most interesting piers in the world, is gone and apparently nobody has got the money or the balls to rebuild it.
I moved to Florida in 2022 and very disappointed that my dog is not allowed on Clearwater, Saint Pete’s or Indian rocks Beach. That kind of takes the fun out of everything
Hi, We're retiring in April 2025. Besides Ranchero Village, is there a manufactured home 55+ community you can recommend? Or perhaps one to definitely stay away from? We would probably pay cash (under $100,000). Thanks, Art
Best place ! My fav beach, Less crowded, less busy, more relaxed, then some other places in Tampa Bay....simply beautiful.
These are all facts! Thanks for sharing.

Glad you had a great experience, even if Ian shows his ugly face.

Nice video. My brother just moved to this side town. I’m thinking moving from Orlando to there or Sarasota
Come on over 😎

Nice video of IRB. You showed a house two doors down from me. I am going to sell one of my homes here in coming month.
Thanks, Scott. Let me know if you’d like help selling it or when it goes live. I’d love to share it with my clients.

That'll look like fort myers if they don't get a much bigger beach renourishment soon. I'd make them dunes alot higher too.
One thing is for sure, “Water always wins.”
How to send message and screen shot I don't understand please guide me
Great place to buy guitars
Is there a snorkeling there how much is there a boat trip to go on
Yes, you can snorkel but IRB doesn't have a reef. I'm not sure what charters are currently charging

I wish I could help, but manufactured homes aren't my expertise. I'd be no help in that department.
No mention of Salt Rock but Crabby Bills? I’ve been to Crabby Bills, nothing special from what I saw.
Salt Rock is in Indian Shores, and I totally agree about Crabby's but it is a staple.
@@trulivingtampa sorry I goofed I thought it was in Indian Rocks
Be a guide here y,all 😜
Hey hey!
Yes it's the best beach, but it might be destroyed on Thursday
Let’s hope not, my friend.
@@trulivingtampa I love this beach, I am lucky enough to live across from the beach and this place is my favorite beach town I have ever been to.
Stop talking about it!
