Getting Started With ESP32-C3 SuperMini DEvelopment Board || Espressif ESP32-C3 With Arduino IDE

ESP32C3SuperMini is an IoT mini development board based on the Espressif ESP32-C3 WiFi/Bluetooth dual-mode chip. ESP32-C3 is a 32-bit RISC-V CPU, including FPU (Floating Point Unit), which can perform 32-bit single-precision operations and has powerful computing capabilities. It has excellent RF performance and supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) protocols.

thank you, i just got my supermini and did the exact same steps including inserting the LED into the pin, it works (alhamdullah)

On mine, selecting the board as shown worked but Serial monitor is not. But selecting board "MakerGO DSP32 C3 SuperMini" worked, even without changing LED_BUILTIN to 8 because it's value is already 8.

I wonder why the Blink code loads the wrong pin number for the LED? I tried to trace it and a file called soc something is loaded, but I couldn't locate that file on my PC. A comment below suggests MakerGO DSP32 C3 SuperMini as the correct device, and that worked for me.

Do you know of any esp32 board with that size that has normal bluetooth, because for me this bluetooth is easier to understand and less complicated than bluetooth BLE

make sure you are using an USB cable with data transmission wires. Some USB cable are for charging only, those will not work and won't even appear at Windows Device manager. If it is showing on the device manager, then it is a driver problem

Can two of these be connected together via Bluetooth - one as master and one as slave? So a button press on one causes an LED or suchlike to be lit on the second one?

If your board doesn't power two leds when you plug the usb cable, it's damaged. One of mine was. The red led indicates power, the blue led probably indicates communication.

@3:34 you forgot to connect Vcc to the ESP32-C3 board. On the demonstration @4:00 it works due to USB powering the board

Same issue. BLE not usable in Bluetooth devices list, recognized but not pairing. Using SmartThings app doesn't give any help.
