- On this video I made a flavorful crispy pizza on the Expert Grill Charcoal Pizza Oven. Still practicing and getting the oven down. It burns really hot so takes some adjusting to get used to it. If you don't keep an eye on the pizza and rotate it often the pizza will burn easily. This oven is nice and does make some good pizzas but going to take some time to learn the grill.Thank you everyone for watching I really appreciate it.

I bought a Vevor pizza oven, a knock-off of the Ooni Friya and I struggle to get the bottom stone hot enough, even after one hour of burning pellets i still don't get that crispy bottom.
What I like about yours is that large tray for wood and charcoal, I guess that makes the difference.

Do btr w homemade dough
I just used mine yesterday. It was a disaster. The pizza fell completely apart which isnt something i have issues with but i couldnt get.it to slide around.
We had to make em tiny 6in at best and the middle was undercooked.
Any other tips for that?
Nice looking pizza. I am curious if you know of a weather protection cover that would fit this oven? I tried to search online but with the size and the smoke stack I haven't found one yet.
Thanks appreciate it!!!Ya I didn’t find one either when i looked. I seen some similar style ones on Amazon and it did also have a cover for the stack. I’d check those out. I use a big bag that zips up and I just take the stack off and in bag.
