As a retired nurse with my degree I agree with using natural foods to cure illnesses. My attitude is take the best of both natural cures and when they don't work then go to the doctor for western medications if needed.

I've never taken pharmaceuticals and never will. I'm 74 years old and never been sick with anything except when I was 14 years old and had a bad cold. I soon learned that a few citrus fruits prevents that from happening. Since that time I've spent my entire life learning about medical FOODS and that's what I eat every day. I come from a very sick family that have had all sorts of disease, so it's not my genes that are keeping me healthy; it's my knowledge of what DOES keep me healthy. If you want be healthy, don't take pharmaceuticals. That's my advice and learn all about what keeps you healthy.
Do you know of a cure for HASHIMOTO ? I tried to stop taking Levothyroxine & eat healthy organic plant based foods ( no meat for over 10 now ), but got real sick & came close to going into a coma when I was in the hostpital. This forced me back on to thyroid medication, & I could cries my eyes out.😓 __ I want to be FREE of man made medications!

I ordered his Alkaline diet book now that this seems promising and more helpful to our immune body system not having to rely on all drugs that are prescribed to us by the doctors to treat incurable infections that stay with us for life it might be worth a try

What good to eat for diabetes
Anything that does not convert to sugar, things like pasta and bread comes to mind.
No processed foods, limit amount of daily carbs, go gluten free, stop anything white like bread potatoes rice sugars, and GMO or Bio Engineered fresh foods canned foods and processed foods it’s stated on the label if it is, I myself eat red meat everyday, don’t snack don’t get hungry I fast till late afternoon but with you having diabetes don’t know about the fasting

Dr serbi was right i had a violent headache i took medications which were given to me by the doctor but it was increasing my headache but when i stop taking it and start eating vegetables and fruits no process food and meat i feel better than i used to be, these people are criminals may God (Allah) heal all of us amiine

Too many boring details for a comment, but I was RAISED VEGETARIAN and the plant based improper human diet was the root cause of the oxalate overload aka arthritis in my spinal column from top down and so much more!
I have embraced a PLANT FREE animal based lifestyle for 2.5 years now, damage was done but the related health issues are correcting and my blood work is beautiful, no deficiencies.
Some people can do OK, or survive on the veggies and sugar laden grains, yes, grains turn to sugar when you chew/ingest them..but most will not thrive on an improper diet compared to a proper human diet made of high protein high fat animal based with other things seasonally ONLY.
For optimum health we cannot do like folks do in modernity, thinking they are virtuous by eating grass and veggies....or very small portions of meat and NO fat. The modern ideas of healthy is so out of balance and is actually dangerous....diabetes and heart disease is way up! Just like the royalty of old Egypt, they also suffered from poor metabolic health from way too much processed grains and sugar bomb fruits/grapes, booze, etc....the poorer classes were healthier.

Probably because most meat we purchased is from animals/cattle’s fed grains that have been heavily treated with deadly pesticide and also pastures are contaminated with pesticides. In the past our meat came from specially raised cows feed healthy grains and the pasture didn’t have chemical pesticides to kill weeds. Once a year we’d share with our uncle (bought half of the meat)Note our family was small. Our 2 children are married now Ann husband has passed; it is just me now at home and rarely eat red meat.
