Nice summary thanks Dan. I'll also add that I've bought maces, clubs and kettlebells from you and they are the best I have come across in Australia, miles ahead of anything else I have seen or bought. Thank you!

is there any difference in muscular activation if I use mace either than clubbell for the swing (or reverve)? Eventually which should be the equivalent for 20kg mace if I use a clubbell? Thanks😊

Not much difference, the mace is basically a long club.
I like the mace for two handed work, and use the club for single arm exercises and doubles. They feel slightly different to each other when swinging, with club moving round the body much quicker than the mace, but the mace having longer leverage. If you're able to swing the 20kg steel mace with two hands, you should be ok with a 14kg-16kg club with single arm.
