New Brake Pad & Rotor Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ABF...
Brake pads wear out over time, much like tires, and need replacing, on average, every 50,000 miles, with variations depending on driving habits and environment. Brake rotors may also need to be replaced if they are warped or grooved. Often, it’s safer and more cost effective to replace pads and rotors at the same time. Squealing or grinding noises, or wheel vibration are all symptoms of worn brakes. This video shows you how to install new, quality TRQ brake pads and rotors on your 2010-2016 Cadillac SRX.

I changed the rear brakes on my 2016 SRX and it was an easy install.
Another great video. Thank you. Can you please make one for the best jacking points using a floor jack and stands for this car? Cadillac SRX 2010-2016
Great job well explained

Anti seize is your friend, especially if you are the one going back in there next time!

Thank You !!!!! VERY HELPFUL !!!!!!
I was told on the read, of my srx I need to recalibrate the emergency brake cuz its electric brakes in the rear is that true. Of do the same as the front with out doing anything else.
On my SRX the outer brake pad is stuck to the caliper and won’t come off despite the caliper being loose. Can you suggest a way to detach it?
Excellent travail
So how do you put it in service mode to retract the parking brake?
Is this process similar on a 2006?
Are the torque specs the same for the front wheels?
Great video thank you.
I think my 2010 SRX has rear brake pads, not these disc pads??
Does the electronic parking brake require it to be put into a service mode when doing the rear brakes on this car? If so how do I put it into service mode?
Yes, I think he skipped this part.
My 2016 SRX calls for 140 foot lb. on lug nuts.
Shouldn't you brake clean and wipe out the ebrake surface also?
