LMAO. Jokes aside, I don't know why people don't realize Connor only does it when he's back to zero. (Probably thinks it's too much of a hassle if it's just 1 point to lose.) Every time he'd get to Exit 1 he immediately slows down.

He definitely misunderstood what "turn back" means. Also, I've never seen someone exhaust all possible anomalies. They generally don't repeat, but Connor managed to encounter ALL of them in one run, so they started reappearing.
Nah, I've seen someone get the same one twice only about halfway through the anomalies. Might be lower chance to get repeats, though.

Watching connor sprint down again and again and being surprised when he is punished hurts so much,
I know the feeling. I love Connor to death, but watching him play puzzle games or anything where you have to actually pay close attention to details makes me pull my hairs out. Especially considering the fact that he missed so many anomalies that he would've seen if he wasn't trying to sprint through it.

watching him play somthing that you have to pay attention to is so infuritating lol
idk why some streamers (connor being one of the worst offenders) think that people like to watch them stuck on a simple puzzle during hours... this is at most a 20 min game with 40 or 50 mins of replayability but it literally took him 70 minutes to get shit done bc he rather smash his head against the wall for an hour that pay atention for 20 minutes, that eyes poster killed him most of the time lol

I think playing games like I'm on observation duty on stream is not fun. The chat will just give away stuff and the streamer will have to engage with chat and hardly pay attention.
@@axtrast1147 I think you need to learn the concept of hyperbole and watch some "I'm on observation duty" streams, the fun of this kind of game is the interaction with chat, especially when chat trolls lol. Running blindly without paying attention for 30 minutes was artificially extending the stream, when that time could be investing actually looking for anomalies. The game even loops and tells you how many anomalies you have yet to see in order to avoid streamers do what Connor did.
Not hating here just stating what is expected from these kind of games.

I noticed that he was only running without looking when he was at exit 0 probably because there is a fifty-fifty chance of there being an anomaly.

It's actually pretty easy. I've been twice but you get used to it. If you see an anomaly, just turn around. Between that and getting the right platform, it's pretty easy to navigate.

1:10 watching that Journey Across Japan video was painful ngl. Chris not informing Connor about the nature of the video and leaving him under prepared, and then making him do most of the work in regards to putting up the tents and fire, and then keeping both the hat and the scarf + most of the heat packets to himself really rubbed me the wrong way. Chris plays it off as a joke but the way he acted came across quite selfish. He likes to mess with Connor but doesn't know when to dial it back.

I think its the same with all games people tend to stick to a specific genre because they absolutely adored a game in it. example if you love crash bandicoot are you more likely to play spyro over call of duty. if you love final fantasy are you more likely to play a game like genshon or pokemon over fifa or wwe the only people who truly open themselves up are people with no favorite game this logic applies to movies,tv and music as well
You can enjoy more than one genre even if you're obsessed with that specific game.

Another example from the world of TCG a lot of YUGIOH players also play at least 2 other TCGS these same people could play YUGIOH fornite and COD but are more likely to play poker because it's a card game and unless your a hardcore gamer people tend to be lazy and stick to the same sort of things.

I loved playing this but wish there was more to it. I mean the two achievements are linked to the only things you can see in the game and I had got them in way under an hour. It would be cool if maybe this was just the first level, because it's not really that deep. It's not scary, if anything it feels like the tutorial in a horror game with mild scares that are supposed to prepare you for how the scares will present themselves in a better way down the line.
There's literally no fear of failure in this game or any repercussion, the fact that losing/"dying" is just the screen going black while a silent thing rubs against you like horny velcro is just kind of.. sad.
I like it as a proof of concept though, it's like a tech demo, not a game.
I don't know if I can actually watch this whole thing, it's fucking infuriating that you are running and not looking at anything at all ha
