Soul Jive - Blue Öyster Cult (Clone Hero chart, Expert Guitar & Bass)

A semi-modern, semi-classic song by Blue Öyster Cult, part of the first Cloneasaurus Anniversary Pack; a collection of songs/charts by bands featured in my 125 song setlist released last year. I tried to pick a variety of old and new bands from different decades, something that represented the general variety of genres and decades in the setlist.

A late addition to this pack but one I'm very glad I added! Some great guitar riffing and an awesome solo too, to say it's such a short track. Classic Buck Dharma action going on and even some funky clavinet too (although that isn't charted). I actually streamed charting this one and had great discussions about how to chart the main riff, as modern sharting would have an open note playing the first note and that'd work perfectly fine too. I talked about the wrapping when considering riffs appearing later in the song and how I want it to feel smooth when playing it due to the groovy rhythm. All in all, I'm very happy with how it came out, thanks to actually putting effort into notation (which I think disqualifies me from the charter commissions spreadsheet, since effort is highly frowned upon).
