- Сьогодні у нас перша від початку війни росіі проти України рубрика #мауцелюди.
Це Іра Завгородня ( irishdeer?.... Весела, сонячна, кмітлива.
У мирному житті - бортпровідниця МАУ. У нинішньому воєнному - волонтер.
Іра із Лисичанська, де на момент зйомки матеріалу знаходились її батьки, але на щастя їм вдалось звідти виїхати.
Війна прийшла в її дім вже вдруге. У 2014 році вона переїхала, тікаючи від «руськага міра», із Донецька до Києва. Далі тікати немає куди. Україна- це наш дім, наша земля, наша країна. Іра, як і тисячі так само мислячих дівчат і хлопців, просто робить те, що може, щоб наблизити нашу Перемогу. Волонтерить. Купує продукти. Годує ЗСУ та хлопців із тероборони. Тому в цій Перемозі буде часточка Іри. Часточка мене. Часточка тебе. Часточка усіх нас.

Today we have the first rubric since the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine #UIAarethepeople. This is Ira Zavgorodnya ( irishdeer?....
Cheerful, sunny, smart. In civilian life - UIA flight attendant. In the current military - a volunteer. Ira is from Lysychansk, where her parents were at the time of the shooting of the material, but, fortunately, they managed to leave from there.
The war came to her house for the second time. In 2014, she moved, running away from the "Russian world", from Donetsk to Kyiv. There is nowhere else to run. Because this is our home, our land, our Ukraine. Ira, like thousands of like-minded girls and guys, just does what can to bring our Victory closer. Volunteer. Buys groceries. Feeds the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the guys from the territorial defense. Therefore, in this Victory, there will be a part of Ira. Part of me. Part of you. Part of all of us.

Even though I’m not Ukrainian 24/2/22 changed my life as well. It showed me how quickly things can change and how quickly people can turn on eachother. It also showed me the importance of providing and being there for my family in times of difficulty.

I was always a fan of Ukraine. But, after the invasion of Nazi-Russia, my feeling of fanship changed to that of total admiration. Ukraine carries the weight of the whole free world on its shoulders. Slava Ukraini is all I can say
I often think of the crew in all their videos, and certainly this beauty, wondering if they're safe.
Надіслали листа - обіцяли відшкодування за відмінений рейс 27.02, і вже більше 3 місяців тиша... Написала декілька листів на офіційну пошту та за вказаним посиланням (з копією квитка і всіма данними) - тиша. Керівництво хитрожопих PR-блазнів. Таке до вас і відношення пасажирів та В2В сегменту буде - ніяке. Дуже прикро, що такими є українські авіалінії. Це вже не перший раз таке відношення. Щороку якийсь подібний випадок і нуль клієнтського сервісу. Скоріше б конкуренція ЄС і законодавство з чесними судами вас витіснили з ринку назавжди.
