Everyone’s body is different!:) I always ate really healthy but the moment I started monitoring my portion sizes, THAT’S when I lost weight! You just have to do what works for your body

They know Judy and Kelli dont allow them to eat anythimg but brown rice and vegetables during football season😂
It's crazy you can eat anything that's a well-balanced healthy meal. Just remember to exercise and put in the work! If you go to the gym and are always looking for ways to improve the routine, there would be no problem maintaining the weight.
It is a problem if their forcing u to weigh something too small for your frame
I agree with these girls they are beautiful girls and i even love there advice about these diets to I've been doing this to i wonder if any of these girls do zumba for a workout or if they are supposed to do the one that they do on the team. When i was in cheer in high school we got points if we did zumba for our work out.
