Tasmania 31 Bright to Anglers Rest

Part 31 of 33 of a road trip from Brisbane to Tasmania, returning via Victoria's Great Ocean Road, Central Victoria, Great Alpine Road and Canberra.
There is a gap in the narrative at this point. I somehow lost all of my material from Peterborough, over Western Victoria, Ballarat and Castlemaine. So the story restarts from Bright, which was our overnight stop after Castlemaine.
From Bright we travelled the Great Alpine Road over Hotham Heights and down through Dinner Plains to Omeo. Then we took the Omeo Highway to Anglers Rest, where we spent the night at the Blue Duck Hotel.
This was a day of continual alpine scenery with new vistas unfolding around every hairpin bend. We lunched in a brand new coffee shop at Dinner Plain. It had only opened that morning. Dinner was at the Blue Duck Hotel. The smoked trout was superb! Produced with
