I haven't listened to 10 years since the album Feeding the Wolves, but picked up this CD on a whim. I'm so glad I did, and this song has been on repeat in my car for the last few days. I could be totally wrong in the meaning behind this song, but what I took from it was that it was about religion, and the idea of One-ness. (We hear the same frequency, feel the same energy) etc. I am not really a religious person, but this song just hit me hard. I love it, and I will definitely be picking up the last couple albums I missed out on now!
I took it as a song about love and a person losing themselves in that process.. hence he talks about two people “hear the same frequency”... but not understanding each other.. and not being able to actually portray your mind to that person since they don’t understand... It’s the concept of having that chemical love connection with someone, but there is no verbal connection..

Since then, I've gone through a divorce, and another hard break up recently, and your interpretation definitely is more poignant now that I'm listening to it again. Thank you for this.
