Indian Summer is one of my absolute favorites, and to hear the story of why Tori played it makes it even more special. Just the few opening notes I've heard so far have me crying.
Αbsolutely the same here. I absolutely adore Indian Summer and it always moves me really deeply. But hearing where the request came from, thinking of that woman trying to escape Kiyv, and then the first notes... and tears are streaming down my face. Hope to whatever deity is out there the woman makes it to safety.

Viktoria, the woman Tori is speaking about is safe for now. It has been hell now doubt. She will keep me updated about her life. She has seen the comments here and is touched beyond words. I don't think she has internet every day. But, she is safe for now. If she needs further help, I will be sure to let everyone know. Thank you all for your support for these amazing humans. I listened to this song on repeat on the train to London to begin the UK&I tour thinking very much of how Tori had said it was the most requested song of the day in Moscow 2010. The fans needed it then and they need it now more than ever. Eternal gratitude to all involved in getting this girl's message to Tori and special thanks to Maxcel for capturing this earth-shifting, tour-defining moment in full.
