Well done, you two look like a great team, he's so beautiful! So glad you got there in the end and had the similar question afterwards to solidify the lesson and build up his confidence :)
Hello from Australia. When I hear you two talking about the horses and mules, I feel sorry for the people who have never had to learn a non-human language and culture. Animals enrich our lives and keep us humble. I once saw a "dressage excuses" windcheater: he's never done that before, he's never done that at home, etc
When I read the title I thought something terrible was going to happen! It's all a learning curve and he jumping looks so effortless. Well done Nova and Jancis.
A nice whip is a good safety item. If I'd been given 404 as a number, I would have felt a bit weird and quite likely asked for another number. The friendship that the two of you have is great. Good morning from Australia. So glad that there weren't any disasters.
Nova is so cute. He has a mischievous eye 😊. He did a nice steady test and unlucky pole in the jumping. He completed the cross country and will have learned a lot from the experience. Am sure he will be even better next time out. He is lovely ❤
Aww bless he was definitely a "Super Nova" really something to be proud of he's really honest. Onwards & Upwards ❤🐴🐎👍😊❤
What a good boy, we are always learning! Jancis you should have more confidence, you do really well😁
Nice to see Nova out and about. As you say....not good on paper, but lots of lessons learnt which can only be good.
Thank you! It felt like a constructive round, and they can’t always be perfect, so let’s hope we're both going to improve from it for next time 🤞

Thank you! I was so pleased that he came to the next so confidently
I’d be very pleased with that run lots of potential there for a big future 🤩 well done guys 🙌
Thank you 😀

They are such amazing animals, aren’t they? And tolerate so much from humans, it's just baffling how anyone could be anything but kind in return

Not a disaster, we just hadn’t quite done all our homework I guess! He's such a dude to jump, really does make it all feel very easy 🧡

Thank you- the whip felt a bit alien, but probably a good habit to get back into now. Good evening from us in the UK!
Well done 🇮🇪💚🍀
Thank you!!
Great to see it as a learning experience and to see how positive Jancis is about Nova. Also enjoying the humour between you "don't ride like crap!" :D
What else are friends for?! Just love the little ginger bean, he's a bit of a menace, but we adore him anyway 😂
