If I’m going to buy a 4 million dollar home the deed restrictions should be absolutely no eye sore garbage cans outside of your garage!!! I would not buy that house if I had to drive up my driveway looking at my neighbors garbage cans every day ugh wow! Nice home though!

Absolutely amazing home, but I see a trend, where they are pricing these homes in outer space. The same thing is happening in Tampa, where the hurricane hit, corporations are buying up all the ruined homes, that were pretty affordable, and very nice, before it hit. Replacing them, with ultra high-end multi-million dollar houses, that price the people who lived there before way out of the market. No way is this house worth that much money, sorry about the rant, I would pay 1.5mil maybe 1.75 for this house. Unbelievable.
Lmaoooo! I have a nice 2 story home on 1 acre, Saint John’s river in Orange Park, with a pool, beautiful oaks, etc. I wouldn’t want this house. While it’s aesthetically pleasing, it’s not worth 4 million no matter what market we are in. Secondly, these new “neighborhoods” where they have 12 inches between the property line would be a glimpse into hell for me. I love my space. IMO these are overpriced homes where people live in a delusional world that this means superiority. I pity them. They have no property. 😂
