Lovely video and what a great project. I am curious where you got intake manifolds to fit the Volvo head and webers? I have never seen these before although I know abot using a Penta marine manifold with a single carburetor.
Käytä letkusta, jota kuuntelet kaasuttimessa, jos sinulla ei ole synkrometriä, Use a hose piece that you listen to in the carburetor if you do not have a synchrometer
Thanks. In this engine has still stock A cam. I building new engine and thinking K or R cam. Compression ratio will be about 10-11. This engine has stock CR.
@@hanssgarage1886 I have a 244 with a Zenith 175 Carb. I'm converting to Twin Weber's and I'm designing a carb heater module. Maybe I'll make my own video about it when it's done. The carbs don't like the cold here in Canada where it's routinely -15 C in Jan-Feb.
Thanks. B20, slighly uppgraded. Exhaust valves are little bit bigger and flywheel is lighter. And now new carbs. Now I just have to syncro them and get tuned.
Great work. I had pretty much the same issue. Nice to know I'm not alone 😅
Learning by doing. :) This is old video and I have learned much more... by mistakes. ;)
Good job sir
nice work
Thanks.
20seconds to balance them static its so easy your don't need fancy meters its so easy
If you can good tips I'm ready to listen. :)

Thank you. If I remember right I found them from ebay. I bought them many years ago...
Finally! Now I just have to get it tuned.

Thank's, I'm planning to do that. It will be a new video about that subject. :)
Nice video, what cam are you using?

@@hanssgarage1886 Sounds great!
Will you drive it in the winter ? If so how do you keep the carbs from icing up?
So far no problems.👍 I drive quite short trips and mainly in summer.

Nice! Is that a b18 or b20 engine?
