My favorite part of your videos is when you raise your hand and says "AC here" haha always brings great smile to my face. Sometimes I do it with you. Should I seek help? 😂
AC, you have outdone yourself again! As a fan of Puccini and Epic Man I was totally unaware of their connection. I had wondered when or if you were a Jovoy fan. Excellent choice. Opulent is the word for those I have from that House. Got to watch this a few more times. You have me on the edge if my seat with a few if these I don't have. Many thanks my friend!
Thank you Lamar, I was also unaware of the inspiration behind the two Epics until I started doing my research as I want to do a full review soon. I am glad to see you like Opera too. I am a Jovoy fan and also MDCI fan as they are owned by Jovoy. In fact like you I am super excited by rich fragrances. I highly recommend you track down a vintage Azuree. You will not regret :).

Outstanding playlist mate :), you sure have some taste in Music mate :). I am actually listening to Feeling Good while I respond to your awesome comment mate :). Loving it !
@@ACSmellsGood it's intriguing how the senses work -that you can find song& music that captures the very essence and comfort a particular fragrance gives you. Btw I'm working on the playlist for part1.
@@ozzymeck870 Nice one mate look forward to the playlist for part1. This is an awesome idea and you have truly captured how I felt after reading your playlist. In fact I still remember what music was playing at the stores during some of my epic buys, for example the first time I bought Gucci PH the store was blaring chasing cars :), our senses work in unison don't they? every emotion is stored together.
I spent time with amouage gold with the non magnetic cap today, and AC you are right... I encountered it around midday today and it's 9:51pm now and I keep getting wafts of the most opulent scents. Indeed, I am getting it.
I'm enjoying your exploration of this theme, opulence is certainly something I look for in my fragrances. As a side note I believe there's only one version of AdP Colonia Oud, also one of my favourites, but separate entries on Fragrantica for both old & new branding of the same juice have led to confusion. Thanks for the video AC.
Thank you Arthur I am glad you liked the theme and thanks also for the clarification on the two entries on Colonia Oud in Fragrantica. What are your most favorite opulent fragrances?
A great personality ....it seems U are a genuine reviewer without any hidden agendas ....as some of the more 'professional' reviewers l observe with a heavy pinch of salt ....!
A Lovely list and throughly enjoyable videos my friend. Your passion for perfume oozes off the screen. I am a big fan of Guerlain Derby and Aramis that you mentioned here ( as well as HDP 1725 & Bal D'Afrique, which I know you love too!). I wanted to thank you for the videos and after I saw this one with your description of Azuree, I had to go and try it. So I popped over to House of Fraser on Oxford St yesterday and they had a tester and my God, it blew me away! What a classic aroma and a wonderful discovery. I love the old school leather chypre RP Bandit too, try that if you haven't and one more to suggest to you, if you like ADP Colonia Oud, you have to get your nose on the similar but higher end opulent and luxurious scent Widian Gold II...so anyways, I am grateful for the recommendation and keep em coming fella!
Thank you my friend and I am delighted to hear that you tried and liked Azuree. Looks like we have a lot of fragrances in common that we love. I am going to try Bandit and Widian Gold for sure. Thanks for the tip.
Thank you Stefan, I will try :))). On a serious I do not watch TV as well. its just not for me apart from when some of my favorite sports is on. By the way do you sell any honey as I am looking to buy some natural honey ( unheated ones) and also there is a certain stuff the bees use to seal their combs ( I cant remember the name of it).
Smells Good You mean propolis? It’s a resin bees use to seal cracks in hives. I do have raw honey but I’m afraid shipping to the UK would cost more than honey itself😂
Oh dear :). I am going to drop you a note on IG private chat. Thanks for letting me know about Propolis, I have been looking for it as my friend suggested I have it and its quite good.
Hello again my friend! I first off must say that this series has been truly delightful! Expertly done! I can once again feel your love and passion for fragrance! BRAVO!! Now, I must throw you a bit of a curve ball, because you will not believe the price you will pay for this masterpiece! Please forgive me if you've reviewed this fragrance in the past, but I didn't see it in your list of videos. I am, of course, talking about Bentley For Men Intense! I bring this up because of some of the notes you have mentioned loving in these lists. I get Rum, inscense, patchouli, leather, cedar, and benzoin. There are other notes, but these are the most prominent. Bentley For Men Intense is a complex, niche quality scent with true personality that you can own for around $30!! If you don't have it yet, PLEASE get your nose on it! It's AMAZING my friend!!
Thanks a lot mate and yes I will definitely get a bottle of Bentley Intense soon, it has been on my to buy list for a while. Thanks a lot for your kind words my friend :).

I bought the Molinard from part 1 video. If you are here make sure you check it out. When you see AC reaction you know what you are missing in your collection
Most opulent notes, or the ones that make me think of royalty or wealth, are amber, saffron and benzoin to me. I am still trying broaden my knowledge of oud. I'm still looking to try Colonia Mirra from AdP as I believe that could be a consideration for this list!
I agree Kyle, those are very rich and opulent notes. Btw i wasn't much impressed by Mirra as it not a great scent but i will review it, as I have promised you only thing is I have to try hard and not make it a negative review. I don't like to do negative reviews.
I have indeed and I am going to soon get a FB. I would also highly recommend Sunshine Man and Honour Man both are magical in their own sort of way :) and Gold is absolutely above all of them but a tiny bit animalic.
@@ACSmellsGood Very nice! I had Honour and Gold, but I only tried Beach Hut Man from Amouage's Midnight Flower collection and a full bottle is on its way to me - it seems like a very nice and inoffensive office smell to me. I'll definitely have to sample Sunshine (and Bracken).

Great to see Jovoy Paris talked about and making a favorites list none the less. That is not one I’ve sampled but I’ve come to assume everything they make is rich. Psychadelique also has that boozy feel but with patchouli, a great dark feeling fragrance. I look forward to your review of Les Jeux!
