You’re learning still, sure, but there’s something about it that adds and reflects your creative personally. Don’t let anyone criticise that, and there’s nothing wrong with a little frugality either. Too much of UA-cam is overly polished and flashy. It’s refreshing to have a little more of a down to earth style video.

I've taught this a few times. When you get into this mental fugue open a random book, get paper and pens (not the notebook), and write out the page. It forces your mind to do something that requires attention.

I'm over twice your age and female, but I relate to your content soooo much. Because of you, I've been trying to get into the habit of carrying a pocket notebook IN my pocket at all times. I carry one in my purse, but I don't always carry my purse. I can't count the number of times I've been out somewhere without it and an idea hit me. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to capture it on my phone, but other times...well, I have ADHD, so you can imagine how that goes. But as a writer, I know how essential it is to have a notebook easily accessible at any given time. I haven't been writing as much as I want to, so I'm trying to change that. You're actually helping me do that. You, who are just a couple of years older than my own sons, have been teaching me a new, very important habit. Thank you for that.
Also, I love the music! Original music on videos is so rare these days. About the quality of it: I noticed one comment here that was giving you constructive criticism about it, and sure, they may have a valid point, but tbh I think it's an awesome idea to save money. Here's the thing: You don't have to be perfectly professional about every single thing. That's one thing I'm trying to UN-learn as a writer--being "professional." The pressure to _produce_ and make money from your passions takes a toll over the years. I've learned that the hard way, and now I'm trying to repair the damage that mindset caused. Please don't feel pressured to turn every idea you have into a video. You are allowed to keep some ideas to yourself and just enjoy the fruits they bear. (That was a cool analogy on that video, btw. I watched it before I watched this one.)

I added a reminders app to my pocket notebook but it's just a to do from the past that lets me know what I've done already to make me feel better

You have a good direction, but there are many things wrong in this video.
Now, don't take this as negative criticism, but we can't do all by ourselves. You can't do everything, and although hobbies are good, you can't expect to make good enough music to substitute amazing artist with 0 idea of music making. You could get there eventually with a lot of practice, now, those hours of practice cost far more money than paying 120$ a year for music. Also, it's not a good objective because 1. Your focus and time should spent making better videos, and 2. You are going to stop practicing music in the long run if the only appeal it's to make music for your videos.
I think you are having unrealistic goals, and that usually it's a symptom of anxiety for the future, as you exposed in your video. Maybe you don't feel fulfilled with your situation or you are not in the place you want to be, so you rush. I don't really know, that's yours to wonder.
I recommend you the book Atomic Habits if you need to take control over your life.
