Sir, you explained very well "rw" with examples such as reading a file and same for writing a file but you did't explain about execution "x" why ??? such as execution a file or execution a directory this topic is not fully covered kindly explain it too
Towards the end of the lesson where you types in the VI you said we can't save what was typed with :wq but i was able to save with :wq! and view it using the CAT command.

Did you change the permission for the file you were writing? If the permission is read only, then you should not be able to write into the file.
