    Thank you so much, I passed the national portion of the exam, the sate portion didn't pass by one point. Thank you so much, I watched all your videos especially the math, I got a lot of Math questions and I was prepared 🙌🙌🙌, thanks to you and prep agent, you guys are the best!!!

    Thank you so much 🙏you helped me understand a lot of concepts. Here in Texas we have 6 courses to pass, and it is the hardest license to get. wish I passed it when I used to live in California 😅

    In the reversionary interest I’m curious what happens if Bob is the one that dies ?

    Is the reversionary the same as the remainderman?

      Reversionary = reverts to original owner. Remainder = goes to a third party

    Sally can only transfer based on the life of the tenant. Can she not transfer as long as the tenant is still alive correct?
