Of course, TV series are created to extract maximum profit. However, the creators could have gone further and pumped out as much money as possible from this project, but the story logically ended. This is why Breaking Bad is one of the best TV series of all time
I'll correct myself a little. The franchise continued anyway, the Better Call Saul prequel being an example of this. I guess purely because of the huge amount of money that was being made from the Breaking Bad franchise
