Just curious for anyone who would like to comment. If I purchase a global version to use in the US could I plug the charger directly into the outlet when charging or do I need to purchase an adapter to use before charging the phone. This is in reference to the xiaomi mi 11i. Thanks.

I am confused to buy redmi k40 or not, cuz it has no headphone jack. It has a good processor, good refresh rate, touch sampling rate, but I cant play the games with headphones on? Xiaomi did not gave there own type C headphones or headphone jack adapters. If I buy other retail ones, the reviews are really bad. Should I buy poco x3 pro? Just because k40 doesn't have headphone jack? or I need to buy expensive bluetooth headphones for gaming on k40?
im going with the mi 11i , so tired of curved displays, also the mi phones with curved displays do not have the side finger print scanner so the mi 11i is better for me. i do not like in screen finger print scanners at all.

The side mounted finger print reader makes it a done deal I HATE stupid inaccurate in screen readers! I have had Samsuns, Mi 10 Ultra etc. They all suck compared to side or back mounted readers.
Agree.. felt like downgrade going from oppo f7 to samsung a71. Now using mi 10t pro it feels very smooth and excellent

agree miui 12 is a buggy mess and they barely update their phones , although the last one is pointless since android hasn't change anything rather than the icons since mmm gingerbread? still the same awful os that you have to use cause there's not another if android sucks ios is far worse

There are a few differences between the Mi 11i and the Poco F3. It has a better processor (SD888 vs SD870) and a better camera (108MP vs 48MP). Software is also a bit different (Mi Launcher vs Poco Launcher). All other specs are identical though.
I got this at about 400$ and I hope it was a wise decision to not go for the 11x

@@shaun0113. It's been 10 days so far. I'm glad I picked it. The upgrade was huge for me cause my last device was galaxy j7. Performance wise: League, pubg, call of duty run smooth AF. Absolutely no stutter. I haven't tried Genshin but I'm thinking about it. You can choose between 60 and 120 hertz depending on your preference. Battery wise: If I don't run any games or high quality videos I can easily say it can go 3-5 days without charge. A 30 minute game of pubg drains around 7-10% depending on the graphics and fps you cap it. I haven't watched long videos or movies yet, but a 10 minute video drains around 2-3%. I haven't had issues with calls. I hear people talking good and people hear me good as well. Speaker quality is superb. Dolby atmos is supported. Everytime you go on TIkTok or any video software you get notified that Dolby Atmos is on. You get a side panel where you can tweak the picture the way you want. You can upscale a 720p video to 2K even if the video doesn't support more than 720p. The transition between pages on the home screen is very, very smooth and it loads every app instantly. Camera has a lot of features. Quality is perfect for me. There's an increased FOV mode that fits cycling and biking recording as if you had a gopro. The only flaw that I find is that when I flip the phone and let's say watch a video in fullscreen, I sometimes touch the camera because it's popped out like a scope. If you'll be wearing a phone case however, that won't be an issue anymore. 🙂🙂🙂

I have the Iphone XS Max, iphone 12 mini, Samsung Note 10+. They have bright screen...like the highest of the bunch has 1000 nits approximately, and sometimes, i feel like its NOT enough when put under direct sunlight. Again, if you have a matte screen protector film...you do not need much nits.
@@DjPh8mous so you are saying with matte screen protector the phone screen can be very visible under sunlight without much nits? do they really work? i can hardly imagine the effectiveness since its not glossy screen reflection thats causing the problem but rather how the phone screen brightness is completely inferior when against sunlight which makes it looks extremely dim and barely visible...

@@loucipher7782 i would say the matte finish absorbs light so it will not be shiny when sunlight hits the glass. Glare is what prevents the readability of the contents on screen.
Matte protectors emphasize readability over color. A matte screen is still readable in direct sunlight or right underneath a light source, but the colors get washed out a bit (which its the main con).
As for nits, apparently in daytime, sunlight can gives approximatelly 2000 nits.... phones currently have less then that. Answer would be, if possible, having a display with the most brightness it can reach (ie: Samsung S21 ultra gets maximum 1500 nits) is the solution. Btw, outdoor advertisement display panels has a brightness of around 3000/4000 nits...
Overall, brighter it is, better it is. Using matte screen can help with outdoors light, but it requires some trades off.

Mi 11x in India comes with a 48MP camera with no OIS. It's a bummer. It would have been great if it had a 108 MP sensor instead of the 48MP considered phones at a much lower price get the 108MP sensor.

S20 fe 5g is overall better since it has OIS and a 3x optical zoom camera. Plus wireless charging. And 865 and plastic back isn't that big of a downgrade.
