ONE AFRICA, ONE PASSPORT, ONE MILITARY, ONE CURRENCY AND BORDERLESS AFRICA🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
You made it to Ganvie. Such a nice place. Just love Benin Republic
the kente they produce there is different from the one they produce in kumasi and the one they produce in northern region
We want a borderless Africa and now 🇹🇬 love from Togo
Great man of our time he changed mindset of many Africans youths i respect you sir✊✊✊
Go to Godnel Latus. You posted on the wrong channel. Haiti to the world.
Great content wode maya
Has anyone else noticed the fact that, though Togo is a French country, it's impressive the way everyone they met could express themselves quite well in English
The reason is, it's because of the close knitted families are separated by the thin line called border line. Families from both side crosses the border to go to English school in Ghana or to French school in Togo. That's how l grew up because my families are in both countries so we communicate in English/French besides our mother tongue Eʋegbe (Ewe)
Am so much happy you are using your channel to educate the whole world about a lot of hidden things regarding travel in Africa. Africa need more of you Maya. Watching from Lagos Nigeria....
A good product does not need aggressive advertising, if Africa is fixed the world will definitely know about it like China
@@iwas2951 No you don't. Pay Black Amer reparations by giving us land shows you are better than white america. Africans got rich off slavery just like White America.

Togolese hospitality is top notch....i spent over two months in Togo without spending on food and accommodation. 🇹🇬 🇹🇬 🇹🇬 to the world
border officials are corrupt
Are you being serious right now?
@@billymaepa4576 he’s lying. Forget am 😂😂
@@billymaepa4576 have you been in TOGO before?
Which Togo are you talking about? Please stop lying.
i Used to go eat breakfast in Togo 🇹🇬 and then come back to Ghana 🇬🇭
Things must change. I am Gambian, and I used to live in Ivory Coast but went to school in Ghana. I experienced serious border issues between Ivory Coast and Ghana in 1996 up until 1998 when i eventually left Ghana. The whole African mindset needs to change. We have to love and appreciate ourselves. Excellent work, Maya. We, the people, can make the needed change. Enough is enough.
Muhammed Camara
What do you mean "border issues"? You mean they didn't let you pass into their country freely? That's how it is almost everywhere in the world.
@BlackBlaze Into their country freely?? I find it a very arrogant and aggressive way of engaging. The last time I checked, I believed to be still an African. Borderless Africa is the point here, not a lecture from you. Have a happy time and abundant blessing. Amen
@@muhammedcamara3726
Yeah that's how it works it's not a lecture. Also it was a question. I think it's also aggressive to demand people let you pass into their country without a visa or any other checks if they decide thats not how they want to run things. Again visa's immigration checks, are a normal thing throughout the world.
Not everyone is asking for a borderless africa and they have a right to keep their country's border if they want. Are you going to force them?
No matter how they tried to discourage we will still work harder to change the narrative about Africa .. Good 👍 job brother. May God protection be with you and all the TEAM
Woda Maya look at you, you took time to promote vendors, making sure people know and learn about vendors in the area. I'm so proud of you , I'm from the States and I see what you do, I see your love for AFRICA, even though you're from Ghana, you love 🌍 AFRICA. I'm born and raised in the states and love everything ❤ 💕 ♥ you do to be heard about the border issues, keep doing what you do, SHOWING YOUR LOVE FOR MOTHER AFRICA..
My Son you better include yourself on that angel list! Thank you for what your doing. I can't stop saying it to you. Forget those idiots who say you should have paid! They are apart of the problem! We are going to expose them all so our babies can get the Africa they deserve!. Much Love to you @wodemaya May our Ancestors continue to keep you, guide you and protect you, mind, body and soul. 💜💜💙💙❤️❤️💚💚

@@hlengiwemasondo2858 exactly, the borders are needed for now for countries to preserve their sanity unlike a place like Nigeria that has gone wild. To live in Nigeria your brain must be switched on 24/7 or they will sell you back into slavery.
I started UA-cam because of this man Wade Maya, he is an inspiration to all Ghana UA-camrs.......Keep up with the good work king of UA-cam
You and your Togolese brothers got me in tears just seeing the love and appreciation on both sides.. Maya and your team we can't thank you enough for what you are doing for the continent. May God guide and protect you all. With

I’m half Togolese & Half Beninese, grew up in Spain. One of my dreams is to travel from Benin to Togo and Ghana. But after this video it really made me sad. Thank you for enlightening us! As Africans we need to do much better , we like to claim that we’re all one but unfortunately we still have many issues to fix. Bribing needs to stop, I believe that there’s a deeper issue to that( abuse of power, or the officer not having a good payment).
Well, hope you enjoyed Togo & Benin💚
Kenya represented. 💪🇰🇪 Love the Intro. The Narration and highlights are super. Am inspired Again.
Awesome! Thank you!
Wode Maya, it would be a good idea for you to travel across Africa by car, from city to city, from West to East and from North to South! Please show us Africa by road!! You are doing a great job 👍
That would be a heck of cash to pay to corrupt officials at the various borders
If only it was that easy
God bless Wode Maya. The man with the biggest heart. So Kind . Down to earth. Aiya Maya

Good afternoon from The Bahamas.
I agree with your reason for not paying the money demanded for entry to Togo.
Congratulations.
Keep up the good work. I refuse to cross the border because of memories of similar exercises traveling on vacation with my parents. I applaud your bravery, sense to bring justice and change to the boarder issue/crisis.
After watching the previous video it’s heartbreaking to see how difficult it is to move freely over boarders it shouldn’t be so! I dream of road tripping around African countries but this sure does worry you of the difficulties. The union ship from the American ladies was brilliant. Keep pushing Maya your showcasing Ghana and Africa so well. Me and my husband are building in Ghana and will be putting our roots down for the next generation.
You’re doing an enormous work Wode Maya. Remain steadfast on your purpose.
Wawooo congratulations bro am just so happy dt I Was in the video am Emmanuel by name u see Africa we just have to weka up and say no to all this border thing because Africa is one
This video is heartwarming and inspiring. Knowing we are one ☝️ people and language should not define or separate us. Hmmm… my husband and I experienced this in 2016 accompanying our in-law to Benin 🇧🇯.
I was crazy at both the Togo and Benin border.
I like the love between brothers of Africa! I can feel the emotion from the last brother! We must love each other!!

I watched the previous video and what happened there was incredible and shocking... Truth be told this is what is happening at all the borders I try to cross: Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina, Ghana, Mali, Togo etc... As you said things need to change for real. Recently I was coming to Ghana and I experienced almost the same thing with Ghanaians authorities. They took 20 ghc from foreigners at almost every check point... They don't care if your papers are up to date and I finally was totally upset... Because it doesn't make sense... But from what I know it every where in Africa and really need to change for real... Thank you for your hard work. I really appreciate and encourage you bro...
Not in East Africa, I am a Kenyan who lives on the border with Uganda, I easily move into Uganda for shopping or entertainment without any problem, same thing with other East African nations.
@Juma Abdul Have you been to Tanzania? If not, as a Kenyan, you'll sing a different tune.
@@jaytee4576 I don't know much about TZ but my friends tell me as long as you have a temporary passport or an actual passport, yellow fever certificate and comesa insurance and adhere to traffic rules, you will not have issues driving in East Africa especially Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi
My Brother is everywhere even here in Ghana to travel from one city to the other, Police will still take bribe from you,.. Corruption in West Africa is very shameful.
@@jumaabdul1271 of course with the proper documents you can enter any country, what I meant was that Tanzania is very unwelcoming towards Kenyans.
Ask any Kenyan who has been to TZ about their experience, I bet most have not so nice things to say.
Uganda's vibe is the best.
The Brother from Springfield ILLINOIS nice seeing that you had fun like I did when I visited home in Lome
Wode Maya thank you for this video.
We need to use our platform to speak up about things not going right. I just wish they do something about this seriously 😔
The Nigerian on blue T-shirt is definitely an Igbo man, pure hearted jolly fellow, you can see it in his heart reaching smiles. Africa needs to wake up, the time is now!!!!
Wode this Togo visit was a classic challenge but turn out magnificent
Thanks wode maya for bringing this issue on board these Togo Ghana border problems is a very old issue back 36 years I was experiencing when I was in Ghana doing business crossing the border.being in Europe for the past 35yrs I’ve been coming home very often but never knew these old malpractice is still going on after even having an ecowas passport.we Africans have big problems between our self no need blaming always others on it.the ball is in our hands now and soo we have to play it well to achieve our goals!
Wode you are a true son of Africa
Your respect is big and large my African brother
I was surprised to hear you also call that type of yam "Kpuna" because it is called exactly in my native language (Batonu language) Nigeria.
It is not kpuna but rather puna
I’m a Togolese and I can tell you that it’s the way most of our agents subsidize their salaries. They are big landlords, multiple houses….Even the police in the cities.
As a truck driver in the USA, it takes me 3 (three) minutes or less to cross the border with my truck between the USA and Canada. Togo Is the land of corrupt men in uniform. Our airport and port in Lomé are just as bad. One time landed in Lomé the agent followed me to the restroom area demanding his bribe he “said out here there are cameras”.
Officials please do something, the worm is in the fruit.
Thanks
Thanks
We love you for free..
Keep up what your doing.
One people one Africa.
I'm so Thankful for these contents you are bringing out and showing the real struggle we go through.
Thank you Wode Maya
And as you said it, those situations doesn't define the people in the country.
For the Togolese that I am, I have always been through that struggle whenever I'm going to Accra by making sure I have 20cedis to pay while crossing the boder by the Ghana side and always have to pay another 20cedis at Sogakope Police Station otherwise, your bus will leave you there.
We pay a lot in making this our ECOWAS Passeport and still not being as useful as it should be, is so frustrating and stressful.
Those things need to change and I am Really Grateful to you for bring this out.
Keep fighting for our brothers and sisters. One Africa 🌍 # boarderless Africa.
Hey good to see you on the move and Trudy too entertaining her grandmother..nice one...just to let you know my heritage is that of 🇿🇲 Zambia 🇲🇼 Malawi and 🇬🇧 UK.. I define myself as Africa. And you are right Africa is one country..we need to away with artificial borders. One Africa One Nation.
