While evaluating surface moisture, calculation is made with respect to dry weight while u have taken with respect to ssd wt.Furthermore surface moisture of coarse aggregate shouldn't be done in this way as u calculated because it's not customary that coarse aggregate becomes oven dry after 4hrs.
