Uske baad maan lo humara batching size hai 90m3 toh sir apki video mai pata chala muje kitna hona chayeh woh. Yahn tak samj aaya muje but internly agr aap or ache se 10mm 20mm 30mm sand admixture ko leke videos agr lambi ban jae no worry but ache se or samja dijeyh plz rqst hai sir apse. har ek ek baat plz share sir rqst hai. hi, is there a maximum limit of using fly ash? my contractor recently bought concrete from RMC for M25 in which cement 224 kgs, msand 824 kgs, aggregate 1090 kgs, fly ash 97 kgs per 1 mcube.. are these numbers fine for M25? thanks.
The mix design will be on SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. The M- sand will have a water aborsbtion of 3-4% which will be considered in the mix design. In the batch sheet shown, the sand is fully dry or 3% of water is required to attain SSD condition. So it will take 3% less sand and in that place it will take water which will be absorbed by sand. Note: Water given as 160ltrs is Free water. Whuch will be completely available for cement in concrete.
Yes it's wrong. You caught that error very well. But eventually the batched qty will be 960 kgs only as that 1194 is including the moisture which the system has to know after that it applies percentage and eventually loads water after deducting the extra moisture.

Bhai galat hei tumhara Water/Moisture Content ka Explaination, The moisture content of an aggregate is expressed as: If the moisture content is positive, the aggregate has surface moisture and will contribute water to the Concrete, while if the moisture content is negative the aggregate is air dry to some degree and will absorb Moisture/Water from the Concrete.
