- By extensively looking at our idols, we tried going way back to the 80´s in this cover. By implementing the "Vulf Compressor" (shoutout Goodhertz) into our mix, and by using a VHS tape effect in Final Cut Pro, we were able to achieve the look and feel, as if it were an old used Cassette.

Sounded great, but in case you didn't know. The song has a slight swing to it so when you play your fills you wouldn't play them like straight sixteenths you would still swing it

Just some tips for the next one, drummer is overplaying a bit and piano should be a bit quieter in the mix. Good job for just starting out your covers!
Because we recorded the whole thing live, the vocal microphone (a condenser microphone) was bound to intercept the drums in some degree. But I think my mixing guy did a pretty good job anyways! thanks :D
Oh that's great for live! Next time if you have the resources available I suggest using a board that can put record each track straight into Ableton or Pro Tools. :)
