Hello, thank you for explaining it, I have question, so it’s okay if I pump than just add it to the milk already in the freezer ? Because the cooling down before adding it is confusing, I’m over producer I just want a simple way of storing milk

Yes but I would put it in a separate container because it could reheat the already frozen milk

Hi, so after mixing all the milk in one container. How long can I store the milk in the freezer afterwards? I’ve heard that ones you pumped it you can store it for 7 days , but what about after mixing it ?

The freezer? Up to 12 months

Hi if I’m using the glass mason jar as a storage container how would I mix all the fat without it sticking to the sides?? Do I just shake shake shake, I’m not comfortable using a spatula ? Also is there a video on how I could start doing the pitcher method ?

Hey! I would shake it gently. I never used a spatula. I have a couple videos on the picture method, check out my pumping or breastmilk playlist.
