- The Prada Yellow Coat. I’d been drooling over it since I first laid my eyes on it. Months I tell you. Constant chatter in my head. “It’s silly for you to buy yet another coat. I mean you came down to Dallas with 15… at least. STOP.” I don't actually want to know how many coats I have. 😬 But then I saw my soul sister from across the pond @TrinnyLondon going on and on about what I actually knew to be fashion gospel. It goes with everything, it fits over everything, and it's good for any occasion. Check, check, check and then it went on sale…so there you go. 😜

I am a little "late to the party" , as I just discovered you, Carla ! You are right-on when you say , you've got to be quick as I know from living in Fort Worth for over 25 years the weather can change from 85 to 20 in a day. And thank you for permission to buy another coat. I am back in Alaska (more than 10 years now in retirement) and I have discovered Vintage wool coats and can't seem to resist them when I see them in the thrift stores. So, not Prada, but equally regal feeling and now I feel Entitled because Alaska IS COLD ! He he, you crack me up and do so enjoy watching you and will be on the look out for a Carla sighting the next time I am in Dallas visiting my son.

I love that yellow coat!!! I just bought two larger sleeved coats in December...but I live in Maine where it was 1 degree on Tuesday 😁 I totally agree though...if it works, is on sale, and makes you happy...hell live is short, go for it!!!
