Best explanation of the heroes journey that I have listened to. My journey started five years ago, so I can resonate with everything you say. Slaying, the dragon is overcoming our shadow self, our fears, lack of self-worth, rejection and abandonment issues. The revelation is that we have these insecurities programmed into us from childhood and we need to face and heal from these traumas.A long, ongoing process! Great freedom and self love are part of the rewards.. 💕😇
So happy for you that you have slayed your dragons. Feels super awesome, doesn't it? Yes! We are conditioned/programmed from birth. Most of the shadows are not even our own - they're there from thousands of years of programming. It feels so free to get rid of all these voices in our head, telling us who we should be, how we should do things and what we should think. When we finally hear only our own voice we get to discover who we really are. 😍🥰
I feel for many the Cave is the trauma we experienced and the Dragon is the source of the trauma and by slaying it in others words embracing, facing it, taking responsibility for your own life by overcoming. We gain spiritual enlightenment.
There are actually 17 steps, broken up into 3 pillars. 1. Departure 2. Initiation 3. Return. By saying there are only 12 steps, you ignore the journey of the Return.
Brilliant question, thank you for asking. The easiest way to understand it is: What we give our focus and attention to creates our reality. (Thoughts become things). When we look for and think about what could go wrong and what is bad, we create it, through our attention to it. By only focusing on the good, we create the good. Our video The Law of Pessimistic Interpretation helps explain this.
@@thelawofcreation888 I'll check out the video, but what you're saying sounds to me spiritual bypassing. Or ostrich behavior. What's the difference between looking at nothing and creating something or looking at something and creating something else. For example: observing political corruption and bringing it to the awareness of others with the intention to replace the corrupt officials with ones of integrity? That's what transmutation is. It doesn't matter if the corrupt ones choose to exercise integrity or if someone with integrity replaces them as long as we have officials with integrity.
@@sophiashekinah9872 We totally understand what you are saying and used to think along the same lines. Your thinking is not wrong, but there is a higher level of understanding. - The corrupt / honest officials can only exist through someone's thoughts - who is thinking they are corrupt or honest, who is judging their integrity? What we see is only recognizable by us because it resides within us. Ergo, the other side of the coin must exist because of the dual nature of the universe. Through our constant observation of the 'good', or specifically 'what it is you want to see' can only be created, as we explain in the Law of Probability. We're posting our latest video The Law of Belief now, which explains this in great detail but from a slightly different perspective. A core understanding throughout the law of creation is that the observer impacts probability. You are the observer - you are doing the seeing.
@@thelawofcreation888 Ok. I can concede that there's a possibility that I've been interpreting what I see through the lens of fear; but It is most definitely NOT what I want to see. I want to see Truth, Justice and Love in the world. I want to see Heaven on Earth for All who choose, and although that is where my attention is, everything that is not in harmony with that desire stands in stark contrast. I believe that most people are inherently good, but there are also wolves in sheep's clothing. I feel passionately about protecting helpless lambs from wolves in sheep's clothing.
You're definitely not cursed. It's all just a wonderful journey of self-discovery. Have you seen a newly released movie called Dungeons & Dragons? It's excellent and represents the Hero's Journey so beautifully and humorously 🤩
@The Law of Creation .... I've lived quite a journey. I travelled all over, worked, and lived in 4 different countries. However, since I returned back to my native country, l0yrs now, I can't adapt to the Status Quo. I still have the urge to leave to a country I most felt at home.

Probably the best video on the hero’s journey I have seen. Enlightenment behind this one. Great job.

But how can we "slay dragons" if we're only focusing on the good? How can we enter the cave we fear most if we aren't willing to go into the darkness?
