In Karnataka we make flax seed chutney pudi which is called "agshi hindi" in kannada. I'm sharing the recipe for those interested: 1) 100 g flax seeds 2) tamarind 3) 1 tea spoon jaggery powder 4) red chilli powder 5) hing (asafoetida) 6) salt 1. Dry roast flax seeds or agshi until they start making crackling sound 2. Let it cool 3. Fry tamarind in oil and quickly take it out of pan to prevent it from getting burnt. Let it cool 4. Once flax seeds and tamarind cool, add all the ingredients together and grind. 5. Store it in glass jar

Use henna and within next 2-3 days, apply indigo on hair. It gives black color. I started doing this since few months ago
