Finding the root cause is very rewarding! Especially when, in this case, it means a significant horsepower increase!
Custom camshaft and a ported intake manifold would pick up some power if the owner wanted to squeeze out even more. I think 450-460whp is on the table if optimized.
@ trick flow R lower is probably choking it down a bit. If I recall it flows like 260-275cfm stock form. A bit less than those heads can do. A super victor with an elbow would probably hurt the bottom end a bit but then after 4500 really start to wake up.

It can if the pcv hole is sealed up, vacuum line capped and the sample tube is capped off. Then it’s just venting to atmosphere. Should have a breather on both sides to keep It equal. Good catch btw
Better! She’s still peaking at a very low RPM (5,300) though. Needs a shorter runner intake. If the peak was close to 6 grand she’d make way more power!

everything doesnt need to make 600 at the wheels. its NA which is good with that size cam and intake and heads

not sure if it is the cam timing or the intake, but this motor is choked. should not peak and then fall off like that... not at 5500
Share the combination because better numbers can be made with a 347
You show me a video of an na 347 putting those numbers down with off the shelf components and a box stock tune.
car would benefit greatly from a box r upper. theres a huge casting flaw in the long runner r upper that slows airspeed
Maybe but need a different hood and torque would suffer.
