Great song from a great band. I have the same turntable but with the time I was changed it to test other cartridges. I test VM95EN, VM540, VM750SH and also.. (I know is strange) a VM760SLC. I also bought an other mat (rubber material) and the sound is better. My advice is… enjoy your turntable and the music. Great sound of these Monitor Audio.
Thanks! This is brand new turntable, I also have Technics SL-7, a completely different beast, but it's out of order at the moment. On AT I changed the cable for custom made Cordial cmk442, I will also change mat for a cork one, and I am going to purchase a microline stylus... I wish you all the best and thumbs up for your cartridge experiments 😊
Since you wrote this review, have you been satisfied with your turntable or are there any issues that we should know about because I would love to buy this turntable but I’ve heard some negative things about it can you confirm many thanks again
I am very pleased with this turntabe, works fine, the soundstage Is great. The one issue that I came across with is absence of VTA adjustment, when I bought a new mat, which Is thinner then the original one, so records started skipping. When I returned the original mat, the problem was gone. So, you have to care about mat thickness... Anyway, I am still very exited about new turntabe and I play it every day.
@@sarazlaja thank you very much for your reply. I believe the problem with the slip Mat can be overcome. It’s just a question of adjusting the anti-skating I imagine, or the balance at the back of the arm.
What speakers are you using, are they bluetooth....the sound quality is amazing. I have recentky bought this turntable but not the best sound from high quality soundbar
AT-VM95E is in my opinion far away from being a good stylus. I have heard many japanese cartridges with a conical stylus, which sound much better. Not to mention Jico replacement styluses. But for the price, it is acceptable.

Thank you very much for the information about how to improve the sound quality. Your speaker set up by the way is delicious.

Thanks for the comment. It's a budget hi-fi system with separate components, which I listed under the video.

@@peterregorsek1504 I upgraded the stylus and it's AT-VM95ML now. It really sounds better.
