500gms Paneer
2 -3 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste(for marination)
2 tsp Salt (for marination)
2 tsp Black Pepper (for marination)
3 tsp Corn Starch (for mariation)
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2- 3 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Water As NEEDED
1 Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp Maida
4 Tbsp Rice Flour
2 -3 Tbsp Curd
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Salt (In Batter)
OIL FOR FRYING
INGREDIENTS FOR TADKA:
Oil
8 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
3 Dried Red Chillies
Spring Onion
2 Green Chillies
7 - 8 Curry Leaves
Salt (IF Needed)
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE PUDINA CHUTNEY:
100 gms Pudina
50 gms Coriander Leaves
3 Green Chillies
5 - 6 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Besan Sev
1/2 Cup Curd
