    Across the street from Plazuela La Rogativa is a house where they sell Limbers. A fruit flavored shaved ice that comes in many flavors and is native to PR. They are refreshing and inexpensive as well.

    Does San Juan have a lot of Art Deco architecture? The banco popular building at 12:12 looks like art deco.

    Hi Ana! I have been watching your videos for quite some time now and I would love to move to Puerto Rico in the future. I googled this but I figured you know better, are nail techs popular there? I'm just wondering if I could make a living doing what I do now. Thank you

    • @AnaSantapau
      @AnaSantapau  11 місяців тому +2

      Hi, it’s very popular here, almost all women do their nails. I personally don’t, cause I like the natural route for my nails, barely even paint them, but women love getting their nails done here.

    BARRACHINA is a horrible fake tourist trap. The place is not the birthplace of the piña colada and frankly there are better places to enjoy such drink. The real birthplace of the drink is at the Caribe Hilton hotel.

    • @AnaSantapau
      @AnaSantapau  4 місяці тому +1

      That is the controversy about where it originated from, no one can confirm, cause there are two sides of the story. The people that can say are no longer here.

    • @arnaldocerra7218
      @arnaldocerra7218 4 місяці тому

      @@AnaSantapau BARRACHINA started their scam a whole 10 years after the Caribe Hilton was already serving the drink. Also, the Puerto Rican government issued an official proclamation to the hotel back in 2004 celebrating the 50th anniversary of the drink plus BARRACHINA serves the drink out of a machine. There should not be any controversy, all it takes is a little research. BARRACHINA is simply lying to attract gullible tourists, has been doing so for decades.
