This comes after he found himself topping social media’s trending list this week following his claims about billions of rand had been stolen from the Heritage Fund.

I think Is not about a person from ANC or president who stole the heritage money. In the first place the heritage money was purposed for all Africans not just South Africans. it is the system and the system was designed during colonialism to make sure that the African people never get or enjoy the heritage benefits. Us who leave abroad have witnessed people from the Middle East, Europe receive financial support from their government when they receive treatment abroad the funds are from the heritage account. I don't have a problem in believing what comrade Tokyo is reporting but there are certain things that are not making sense here, 1) Tokyo never met the so called donor or investor in person, he cant even point their offices where they are opretating from 2)if it was a lot of money why the donor didn't approach the relevant authorities in finacial institutions to let them aware of his mission regarding the fund. 3) what business is this Asian person do and lastly what is Tokyo going to benefit as a business person.
